About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and market expansion across GCC markets (excluding Saudi Arabia). Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and business development efforts across GCC markets.
- Drive top-line revenue growth while ensuring profitability.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with distributors, national accounts, and retail partners.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities (products, channels, cross-border expansion).
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, targets, and performance tracking.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics, and supply chain for smooth execution.
- Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Mentor and align teams or external partners for execution excellence.
Candidate Profile
Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales/business development experience, ideally in appliances or consumer electronics.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets in GCC markets.
- Solid understanding of GCC distribution ecosystems, regulatory frameworks, and cultural dynamics (experience in Kuwait strongly preferred).
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
- Independent, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented mindset.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable with frequent travel.
