Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – GCC Markets

Location: Dubai, UAE (with frequent travel across GCC markets)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and market expansion across GCC markets (excluding Saudi Arabia). This is a mid-management position with significant growth opportunities, designed for someone who can deliver immediate impact while thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and business development efforts across GCC markets.
  • Drive top-line revenue growth while ensuring profitability.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with distributors, national accounts, and retail partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities (products, channels, cross-border expansion).
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, targets, and performance tracking.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics, and supply chain for smooth execution.
  • Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Mentor and align teams or external partners for execution excellence.

Candidate Profile

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales/business development experience, ideally in appliances or consumer electronics.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets in GCC markets.
  • Solid understanding of GCC distribution ecosystems, regulatory frameworks, and cultural dynamics (experience in Kuwait strongly preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
