Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth within the renovation sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships (especially with high-net-worth individuals and property owners), and collaborating with the design and operations teams to convert leads into successful renovation projects.

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the villa renovation and fit-out segment, targeting both residential and investment properties.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, real estate agents, architects, and interior designers to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches:
    Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote renovation services, showcasing the company’s capabilities and portfolio.
  • Project Coordination (Pre-Sales):
    Liaise with the design, estimation, and project teams to develop proposals, BOQs, and project timelines tailored to each client’s vision and budget.
  • Revenue & Target Achievement:
    Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking KPIs and providing regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Networking & Events:
    Represent the company at exhibitions, property shows, and industry events to build brand presence and generate leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in villa renovation, interior fit-out, or construction.
  • Strong network of potential clients and industry partners in the UAE or relevant market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing high-value projects.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads/projects simultaneously.
