  • Build Key Relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with government entities, agencies, and corporate clients across the GCC.
  • Leverage Your Network: Use your industry connections to win high-value contracts for public activations, brand experiences, and corporate events.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and competitors to uncover new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
  • Lead the Pitch: Develop standout proposals and deliver high-impact presentations that showcase MCH Global’s creativity and execution power.
  • Deliver Results: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through long-term contracts, sponsorships, and major event wins.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work hand-in-hand with our creative, production, and project teams to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Be the Face: Represent MCH Global at key events, networking functions, and trade shows across the region.

What You Bring:

  • Fluent Arabic & English: Mandatory for communicating across diverse markets and clients.
  • GCC Events Experience: 5–7 years in business development or sales in the events industry.
  • Strong Network: Deep connections in the government, corporate, and marketing sectors.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to win big projects, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent Communicator: Confident in pitching, negotiating, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
