Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (Forex industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel growth.
  • Execute business development plans and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospects aligned with targets.
  • Utilize existing relationships to generate new business leads.
  • Stay updated with financial market trends and trading news.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and market feedback to management.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the Forex/Financial Services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Active client portfolio will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
  • Proficiency in MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
  • Experience with CRM tools and solid MS Office skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and think strategically.
