Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who is fluent in Arabic and English to expand our presence in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid network within the UAE and surrounding markets, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and forging strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the UAE and broader Middle East region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business pitches in both Arabic and English.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the UAE / GCC region.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
