Minimum Requirements :
- Proven Experience in Business Development within the Events Industry
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, specifically within the events or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of generating revenue and driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
- Strong ability to identify, target, and secure new clients for event-related services, including corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Expertise in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Revenue Generation and Target Achievement
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth by achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and securing profitable deals.
- Ability to present tailored event solutions to clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and business profitability.
- Event Industry Knowledge and Experience
- In-depth understanding of event management processes, including logistics, vendor coordination, and event marketing.
- Experience working in an event-based company, with a strong grasp of the unique challenges and opportunities in this fast-paced sector.
- Strong Negotiation and Presentation Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and manage contracts for events of varying sizes and complexity.
- Confident in presenting event proposals, concepts, and solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and expectations.
- Familiarity with CRM and Sales Tools
