Minimum Requirements :
Proven Experience in Business Development within the Events Industry
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, specifically within the events or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of generating revenue and driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
Strong ability to identify, target, and secure new clients for event-related services, including corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Expertise in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Revenue Generation and Target Achievement
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth by achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and securing profitable deals.
Ability to present tailored event solutions to clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and business profitability.
Event Industry Knowledge and Experience
In-depth understanding of event management processes, including logistics, vendor coordination, and event marketing.
Experience working in an event-based company, with a strong grasp of the unique challenges and opportunities in this fast-paced sector.
Strong Negotiation and Presentation Skills
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and manage contracts for events of varying sizes and complexity.
Confident in presenting event proposals, concepts, and solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and expectations.
Familiarity with CRM and Sales Tools
