Position Title: Business Development Manager - Commercial Fit-out

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 22K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client: A leading workspace design and fit-out company, creating sustainable and high-performance offices for top-tier clients across the UAE.

Job Description:

1. Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the commercial fit-out sector (offices, retail spaces, showroom etc.)
2. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and tender documentation in collaboration with the estimating and design teams
3. Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to represent the company professionally
4. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry development.

Qualifications:

1. Open to Asian and Arabic Nationalities, 40 years old and below
2. At least 2 years’ experience in business development within the interior fit-out sector (commercial projects)
3. Must have a valid UAE driving license
4. Possess a strong network and well-established relationships within the industry.
