Job Description for Business Development Manager– Recruitment

Locations: Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Preference would be given to candidates with experience in Recruitment, HRTech, or staffing agencies.

1. Identify and acquire new clients across various industries through research, prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads and build relationships.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs, conduct account mining, and ensure high client satisfaction through regular communication and addressing concerns.

3. Develop and implement strategies to expand the business, increase market share, and meet revenue targets by exploring new market opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing business proposals and presentations.

4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, including fee structures and terms, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and the ability to articulate the value of recruitment services.

5. Collaborate with internal teams such as recruiters and management to align business development strategies with operational capabilities, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • 3-5 years of agency-related business development and account management experience, preferably in the recruitment industry.
