Responsible for selling the RIB product portfolio in the region.

Drive sales planning and structure, leading and orchestrating new opportunities within the construction sector.

Articulate the value proposition clearly.

Demonstrate the ROI in the interests of the client with a key focus on solving real and qualified business challenges by applying our solutions and technology.

Maintain and expand the customer base.

Build & maintain relationships with key customers and identify new customer opportunities.

Requirements

  • UAE Driving License
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a dynamic sales environment
  • Experience in target-oriented roles with a proven achievement record
  • Experience in providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across organizational levels
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Positive, professional attitude and team player
