Position Purpose:

The individual in this role is responsible for developing business at StoneX Retail, tasked with growing trading volumes, customer assets, and overall profitability of their originated partners. This candidate will focus specifically on the ME region. Success will be measured by achieving baseline and incremental net revenue and operating profit margin targets, as well as effectively managing business risks related to each client.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate high-quality clients for the StoneX Retail business in ME, aligning with the overall retail strategy and our direct sales and marketing efforts via the FOREX brand.
  • Drive business growth in ME by actively developing new business from primarily self-generated leads.
  • Collaborate with regional, operations, legal, and compliance teams to onboard and manage clients.
  • Liaise with leaders in other parts of StoneX doing business in ME to ensure effective cooperation.
  • Coordinate with relationship management teams to maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Communicate pipeline activities to the Regional Head.
  • Provide feedback from prospects, current partners, and market insights on StoneX Retail and competitors to the regional team, product team, and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sales or business development within financial derivatives, with specific experience in ME markets.
  • Strong understanding of trading solutions and leveraged financial products.
  • Proven ability to originate new retail business, increasing revenue and achieving target operating profit margins.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior executives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Graduate Degree required.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • This position is based in Dubai.
