Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our last mile logistics business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales within logistics, supply chain, E-commerce and similar industry with excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of last mile delivery networks. You will be responsible for driving revenue, acquiring new clients, and developing strategic partnerships in the last mile segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the last mile logistics segment.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate Account Management Team to ensure service delivery excellence
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategy
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance reviews
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company policies
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably within logistics, e-commerce, or last mile delivery
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of last mile delivery operations and customer expectations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and logging in all necessary data action plans.
