Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with 10 to 15 years of experience in IT services and consultancy to join our team and drive business development efforts across KSA. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the continued growth of VaporVM in the region. You will play a critical role in shaping our business strategy and positioning VaporVM as a leader in IT consulting and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services and consultancy sector, focusing on key markets in KSA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with VaporVM s goals to grow the company s footprint in the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized consulting solutions and deliver proposals that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients across various industries, ensuring that the solutions provided align with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new market opportunities, ensuring VaporVM remains ahead of competitors.
  • Lead presentations and proposal development, articulating the value proposition of VaporVM s IT services and consultancy offerings.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by securing long-term contracts with new and existing clients.
  • Represent VaporVM at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions, raising the company s profile in the region.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT services, consulting, or technology industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services and consultancy landscape, including managed services, cloud solutions, and digital transformation consulting.
  • Experience working across the KSA markets, with a deep understanding of regional business practices and opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value contracts and meeting sales targets.
  • Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Arabic and/or Urdu is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Established network within the IT services and consultancy industry across KSA.
  • Experience with enterprise-level IT projects and consultancy in areas such as cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
