We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Business Development Executive to lead Studio DH to new heights of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  3. Conduct market research to understand trends and identify potential clients.
  4. Prepare presentations, proposals, and other sales materials for potential clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects and proposals.
  6. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to management.
  7. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote Driven Properties.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry regulations is a plus.
