As a business development manager, your job will be to further build on the success of the business, continuing its exposure to its core markets and creating new ventures.
Responsibilities:
Identify & secure projects for the business.
Understand where opportunities lie for business growth and secure access to upcoming opportunities.
Provide ongoing focus for business development & sourcing tenders.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications & maintaining personal networks.
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners and discovering & exploring opportunities.
Business planning & strategy implementation to meet the company’s high growth expectations.
Increase business through existing & new client bases.
Network with customers & consultants to raise the company profile.
Liaise with the business development community to identify cross-regional opportunities.
Build, develop, & grow any business relationships vital to the success of the development.
Skill & Experience:
Resilient, tenacious & articulate; ideally qualified to a degree level with specialization in Marketing.
Proficiency & strong command in written & spoken English.
Strong interpersonal & organizational skills.
Commercial awareness with sharp business acumen.
Experience of working independently & as part of a team.
Confident, responsive & adaptive to customer requirements.
At least 5 years experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
Preference to candidates who can join immediately.
