At Benchmatrix DWC-LLC, we believe long-term strategic growth is key to driving impact across the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) landscape. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team and help scale our global footprint. The ideal candidate will leverage industry expertise, build strategic partnerships, and implement innovative approaches to position Benchmatrix’s GRC platforms as best-in-class solutions for enterprise risk management.
Objectives of this Role
- Drive growth through strategic business development initiatives aligned with the company's vision and market expansion goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with financial institutions, regulators, and enterprise clients to identify and convert opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and implementation teams to deliver value-centric client engagements.
- Analyze sales metrics, pricing models, and profitability strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and accurate tracking of proposals, client correspondence, and billing processes using CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across GCC and international markets, especially in banking and finance.
- Promote Benchmatrix’s proprietary GRC platform and its modules through tailored presentations, product demos, and consultations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build visibility and network strength.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to customize solutions, influence roadmap priorities, and accelerate adoption cycles.
- Guide and support the sales team through strategic training, lead nurturing, and deal-closure planning.
- Review commercial contracts, NDAs, and client SLAs to align with legal and compliance standards.
- Prepare pipeline and performance reports for C-level stakeholders and contribute to quarterly business reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving B2B sales growth, preferably in GRC, RegTech, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or consultative sales.
- Deep understanding of risk, compliance, and governance requirements in banking and financial services.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in or selling to financial institutions or regulatory bodies in the GCC.
- Demonstrated ability to develop partner channels and ecosystem alliances.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
