Role Summary:

A fast-growing digital asset investment group based in Dubai is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to focus on prospecting and acquiring Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) interested in blockchain, crypto, and Web3 investments. The ideal candidate is a hunter—highly skilled in lead generation, outreach, and closing high-value deals. A strong understanding of digital assets and a powerful investor network are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential UHNWI clients through cold outreach, referrals, events, and digital channels.
  • Develop and execute a pipeline-building strategy targeting investors with an appetite for crypto, blockchain, and tokenized asset opportunities.
  • Qualify leads, initiate conversations, and position the firm’s investment offerings with a compelling value proposition.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand prospect needs, educate them on the firm’s unique offerings, and convert interest into active relationships.
  • Attend high-net-worth investor forums, Web3 summits, and finance-related events to expand the prospect base and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM with lead activity, deal status, and client interactions.
  • Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
