Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow Rinxo's client base. The role involves generating leads, analyzing market trends, networking with potential clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new leads for expansion and develop strategies to grow the business within the FX industry.
  2. Expand our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
  3. Maintain contact with clients/partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  4. Build and manage a personal portfolio of clients.
  5. Follow up on queries and provide feedback promptly.
  6. Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
  7. Training and support will be provided.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. 7-10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within fintech, trading, or financial services.
  2. Proven success in IB acquisition, relationship management, and sales growth.
  3. Strong knowledge of trading platforms, forex, CFDs, and market trends.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  5. Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services.
  6. Experience with CRM tools and performance tracking.
