As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships. You will already have a network across developers, PMC, Architects, Clients and front end suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business development within the construction industry locally in the UAE. Your core experience handling high value buildings. Your ability to identify new business opportunities, coupled with strong negotiation skills, will be crucial in expanding the company’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new business ventures

Essential Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business development within the construction sector in DUBAI – In-depth knowledge of the buildings market in Dubai
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
