Job description

Business Development: • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in IT and Oil & Gas sectors. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities. • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and project expansions. • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote the company’s offerings. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and generate qualified leads. Product Management: • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle – from concept to launch – for IT solutions tailored to Oil & Gas. • Gather and analyze customer requirements, market needs, and industry regulations. • Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies aligned with business goals. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and customer support teams. • Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on customer feedback and KPIs. • Ensure product compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and digital transformation trends.

• Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing/Management information systems) or Arts • 1-2 years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry, IT/Electronic/Technology sales preferable • Ability to work well both with a group and independently • knowledge of sales of new technologies in a solution centric approach • Versatile, hands-on, proactive, organized, team player, self-starter and analytic • Understanding and proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Out of the box thinking mindset; is willing to learn and work in a dynamic environment • Strong technical and presentation skills • Proficient in English and Arabic language • Have a valid UAE driving license • Have Transferable UAE Residency
