Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our client acquisition and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in the blue-collar ecosystem, understand the nuances of labor-driven businesses, and be passionate about delivering value to both clients and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients in sectors such as logistics, construction, warehousing, manufacturing, and facility management.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Understand client requirements and customize workforce solutions accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the operations and recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements in line with company goals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
  • Regularly report sales metrics and projections to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in blue-collar staffing, manpower outsourcing, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of blue-collar labor dynamics and industry requirements.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
