Location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai

Salary: AED 10,000 per month + Car Allowance + uncapped commission (OTE AED 400,000–600,000)

Specialising in bespoke interiors, fit-outs, and furniture for schools, universities, hotels, and more, they’re seeking a Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, lead-rich environment and can close with confidence.

You’ll join a dynamic, ambitious team based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, where every day brings fresh opportunities—and warm inbound enquiries—to drive exciting projects forward. This role is ideal for someone who’s not afraid of grafting, naturally persuasive, and capable of stepping into leadership as the team grows.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Closing deals fast – Bring a closer's mindset to progress warm opportunities to contract stage.
  • Owning client relationships – Meet with clients, understand their vision, and craft winning solutions.
  • Managing live inquiries – You'll walk into a pipeline of warm leads—no cold calling grind.
  • Delivering large projects – From sensory play areas to university fit-outs, help bring spaces to life.
  • Leading tenders – Win high-value projects through confident pitching and proposal delivery.
  • Inspiring trust – Build long-term client relationships and represent the brand with pride.
