Job description

The ideal candidate will drive the growth of Descon’s EPC business in the UAE by identifying new project opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading proposal and tendering efforts to secure strategic contracts in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BD efforts for EPC projects across oil & gas, energy, utilities, and industrial sectors
• Identify new opportunities and build a sustainable opportunity pipeline
• Engage with clients, consultants, and partners to position Descon as a preferred contractor
• Lead proposal development and commercial submissions in coordination with internal teams
• Represent Descon at industry events and client meetings
• Track competitor activity and market trends
