About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Data and AI sales growth across the UAE. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a hunter role, excels in relationship building, and understands how to map business needs to technology solutions.

You will represent one of the UAE’s leading AI platforms – developed locally and trusted by top-tier government and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AI, data platforms, LLMs, and digital transformation
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and strategic accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with solution architects, and pre-sales teams to tailor offerings to client needs
  • Stay updated with AI trends, competitors, and market dynamics in the UAE
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with a focus on AI, Data Platforms, Cloud, or Analytics
  • Proven ability to close complex deals with government and enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
