We specialize in developing and commercializing advanced post-quantum cryptographic solutions that safeguard enterprise digital environments. Our innovative solutions, including password-free authentication and identity management, are shaping the future of secure corporate ecosystems and tackling the challenges of the post-quantum era.

We seek a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in new business sales. This role is focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value business opportunities within the cybersecurity and post-quantum cryptography sectors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented sales professional with a deep understanding of enterprise technology sales and the ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Sales: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with enterprise clients.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets, driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with C-level executives and IT decision-makers to understand their cybersecurity needs and position QuantumGate’s solutions as the preferred choice.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms that align with business objectives.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent QuantumGate at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or SaaS.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring and closing new business, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, enterprise security challenges, and emerging technologies, particularly in post-quantum cryptography.
  • Sales Acumen: Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling to large enterprises and government entities.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish and nurture long-term business relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience selling in the UAE, GCC, and MENA regions.
  • Native Arabic speaker.
  • Extensive experience selling into government, semi-government, and private enterprise organizations.
