Job description

This is an opportunity to join myZoi as a Business Development Manager. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build a sustainable pipeline of companies with a large number of lower-income employees for the Venture in Dubai.
  2. Efficiently acquire users from onboarded companies.
  3. Promote volume and revenue growth.
  4. Capture and share client feedback to help continuous improvement in product offering.
  5. Be an ambassador for the Venture and promote its value proposition with clients and other stakeholders in the market.
  6. Cross-sell platform capabilities.

  8. Achieve defined targets of onboarding companies via B2B sales and acquire end users from these companies.
  9. Draw up monthly plans to generate new business to achieve set sales targets and objectives.
  10. Source and call on prospects on an ongoing basis to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  11. Undertake sales presentations and organize monthly roadshows as per the agreed numbers.
  12. Establish and maintain close business collaborations with partners across the group to generate new business leads.
  13. Solicit referrals from other parts of the group and business partners.
  14. Build and deepen relationships with existing clients to increase business penetration.
  15. Determine monthly plans and implement sales and service processes to achieve sales and revenue targets, focusing on incremental business from existing and new clients. This includes:
  16. Carrying out sales activities, client presentations, financial literacy sessions, and other commercial initiatives.
  17. Adhering to standards for frequency and type of customer contact.
  18. Promoting business volume growth and increase in subscriber base.
  19. Prioritizing activities based on existing/potential business and revenue contribution of clients.
  20. Building an information database on existing clients to support relationship building and business growth efforts.
  21. Keeping abreast of clients' needs and conducting regular checks on market trends and competitors' offerings.
Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduate with 7+ years of business development experience, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Essential to have WPS experience / Payroll card experience from an exchange house or financial institution.
  • Sound knowledge of financial products with a deep understanding of payroll services and a willingness to learn.
  • Good knowledge of current Fintech offerings in the payment services space.
  • Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales numbers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of dealing with all levels of people, often in complex and difficult situations.
  • Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness.
  • Self-motivated with a keen desire to upgrade and improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements.
