Overview

We’re building brands and digital platforms since 1999 and have helped businesses like Seiko, Icewear, and Grenade grow and scale globally. We’re focusing on the UAE region to lead new business development in Dubai, with full backing from our UK team. This isn’t a sales support role; you’ll be the point of contact for growth in the UAE.

We’re seeking someone already based in Dubai who can operate at a senior level, comfortably discuss money, and open doors with confidence.

What we’re after

We need someone already based in Dubai, who knows how to :

  • Get in front of the right people
  • Start meaningful commercial conversations
  • Qualify properly
  • Pitch properly
  • Close properly

Experience in real estate, luxury, F&B, tourism, retail, or professional services is a plus, especially for UAE-based businesses looking to reach the UK or European markets.

What you’ll be doing
  • Representing Axis Shift UAE in meetings, events, and day-to-day commercial activity
  • Finding and converting opportunities that align with our UK delivery team
  • Building your own local network of referrals, partners and clients
  • Working directly with the founder on high-value proposals and closing strategy
What’s on the table
  • AED 18k–52k per month (depending on experience)
  • Commission on every deal you close (scales with value)
  • Performance bonus after 6 months if you hit targets
