With a strong footprint already established in the UAE, they are now scaling rapidly and looking for a seasoned Lead Business Development Manager to spearhead commercial growth and sales operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market sales strategy across the UAE automotive dealership market
  • Build, train, and manage a high-performing B2B sales team, including onboarding, coaching, and performance management
  • Identify and approach key decision-makers in dealerships, presenting tailored SaaS and inventory financing solutions
  • Own the entire sales funnel—from prospecting to deal closure—ensuring conversion of high-value clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners in the automotive ecosystem
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, product, and leadership teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Track and report key sales metrics and business KPIs to the executive leadership team
  • Drive regional revenue targets and ensure the financial performance of the UAE business unit

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in the automotive sector
  • Demonstrated success in team building and leading high-performance sales teams
  • Deep understanding of the UAE used car dealer market and local automotive ecosystem
  • Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation and closing skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
