The Business Development & Expansion Manager drives strategic growth by securing high-value partnerships, joint ventures (JVs), and land acquisitions to expand the company’s footprint in local and international markets. This role focuses on deal execution, identifying prime plots, sourcing investors, and negotiating large-scale real estate transactions—all while ensuring alignment with profitability and long-term objectives. A strong advantage for candidates is proven success in securing funding (investors, bulk buyers, JV partners) to fuel projects. The ideal candidate will have an established network of HNWIs, institutional investors, and developers, coupled with the ability to close multi-million-dollar deals swiftly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Expansion & Market Growth
- Develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions, offices, and projects.
- Identify and acquire high-potential land plots and commercial spaces for development.

2. Joint Ventures & Partnerships

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Real Estate, or Finance.
- 5+ years in business development, JV negotiations, land acquisition, or investment fundraising.
- Track record of closing multi-million-dollar real estate deals (JVs, bulk sales, or institutional partnerships).
