Job Description

The Business Development Executive IT is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the IT sector. Operating in a competitive market within the UAE, this role requires a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent sales skills, and the ability to engage with clients to meet their technological needs. The ideal candidate will be driven by targets, capable of managing the sales cycle, and have a deep knowledge of IT trends and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying new business opportunities in the IT sector through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  2. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the IT industry.
  3. Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  4. Presenting IT products and solutions to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet their business needs.
  5. Collaborating with the technical team to ensure the proposed IT solutions align with client requirements and expectations.
  6. Preparing and delivering high-quality proposals, quotations, and sales presentations to potential clients.
  7. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to keep up with new developments in the IT sector.
  8. Ensuring targets are met or exceeded and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for continuous growth.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the IT industry.
  3. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and IT infrastructure.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals in a competitive environment.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to manage relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  7. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
