Black & Grey HR is recruiting for GrowingSolar Street Lighting Manufacturer specializing in urban, street, and landscape lighting solutions. Our client is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales, secure government and private sector contracts, and expand their market presence in the UAE and beyond.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify and secure new business opportunities with government bodies, municipalities, construction firms, and infrastructure developers. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for solar street lighting projects. - Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. - Launch and promote new solar lighting products in the market. - Manage costing, budgeting, and pricing strategies for projects. - Oversee product registration and compliance with local regulations. - Provide sales support, including technical presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development/sales in solar lighting, street lighting, or related industries. - Proven track record of securing government tenders and large-scale projects. - Strong understanding of solar street lighting technology, urban lighting solutions, and renewable energy markets. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
