You will be responsible for driving new business across all service categories, exceeding sales targets, and forging strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Responsibilities
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic implementation of sales and marketing tactics.
Generate leads and build relationships by actively prospecting, networking, and planning your daily schedule to maximize lead conversion.
Develop and implement a territory action plan based on data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on market trends and client interactions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and identifying new sales opportunities.
Identify qualified prospects, schedule appointments, and conduct effective sales calls to close new deals across all service categories.
Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a proven selling process.

Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
2-4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Quick decision-making and strong organizational abilities.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
