Join Esco Lifesciences Group as a Business Development Executive!

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute specific growth strategies in line with global growth / business plan of the company
  2. Sustain and develop new sales / distribution channels
  3. Conduct end user awareness seminars
  4. Conduct sales and product training for distributors
  5. Support operations process, work with multiple stakeholders to review and effect changes when required. This includes answering technical questions, preparation of project/tender documents, addressing service-related technical issues and making joint-customer visits where necessary
  6. Translate where necessary selected sales and marketing materials
  7. Support new product launches, build and execute on pre-planned strategies. This includes organising exhibitions, webinars, email blast campaigns and trainings
  8. Continuous analyses of markets (Healthcare, Research, Industries, Education etc) and competitors for the assigned country (countries)
  9. Monitor and analyse sales performance. This includes conducting frequent meetings with the channel partner
  10. Prepare monthly sales and marketing report
  11. Follow up on sales pipeline and align measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  12. Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  1. Degree/Diploma in Science or Engineering or other relevant fields
  2. Experience in sales of laboratory equipment preferred but not mandatory
  3. Laboratory experience including working with standard equipment such as biosafety cabinet, incubator, fume hoods etc will be a plus
  4. At least 1 year of relevant sales experience
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  6. Able to work independently in fast-paced work environment
  7. Able to work long hours when required to accommodate communication with stakeholders from different time zones
  8. Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work well under pressure
