Job description

• Present and sell full range of MFC’s Freight products and services to current and potential clients.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Prepare proposals based on the customer requirements.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate department Managers.
• Liaise with customer services team to ensure we achieve customer’s satisfaction.
• Prepare pre-plans and update Customer Management system after each sales visit.
• Liaise with credit control department and follow-up for collection of payment.
• Ensure KPIs and budget as defined by Management are achieved.
• Participate in sales meetings, attend trade exhibitions in UAE.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Essential to have a Bachelor's degree, Desirable to have a Master's degree in Marketing/Sales.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in Freight Forwarding industry.
• Skills: - Freight forwarding knowledge in Multimodal Transportation, Good knowledge of Project Cargo Sales, Having worked with clients in the construction sector is considered a strong advantage, Commercial acumen, Eloquent spoken and written communication.
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License
