Business Development Executive (Freelance/Commission-Based)

We are a growing interior design studio based in Austria expanding in UAE, specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. Our focus is on creating elegant, functional, and bespoke spaces that reflect the personality and lifestyle of our clients. We're now looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and project portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
• Generate new project leads and introduce the company’s interior design services
• Leverage personal network and local market knowledge to build new business relationships
• Coordinate with the design team to support proposal development and client presentations
• Represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions, or client meetings when required
• Provide brief weekly updates on outreach activities and potential leads
• Follow up with prospects and assist in closing deals in coordination with management
• Maintain a clear overview of potential projects, negotiations, and market trends

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in interior design, fit-out, architecture, or real estate)
• Existing network of potential clients or relevant industry contacts in the UAE
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong understanding of the Dubai/Abu Dhabi design and construction market
• Freelance/consultant profile with the ability to work on commission-only basis
