Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

To maximize sales profitability, growth and account penetration, secure new business accounts/customers within the assigned territory/market segment to ensure the effective selling of the company’s products.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensures those sales targets are met as set by management in order to achieve the monthly and annual customer-wise and brand-wise sales targets.
  • Establishes develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s product/services.
  • Conducts telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develops clear and accurate Forecast Plans to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Coordinates sales effort with sales management, accounting, logistics and finance department in order to efficiently conduct sales and collection functions.
  • Ensuring that all receivables are under control as per the terms set during the account opening of the customers in order to ensure a healthy collection of due receivables.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in the fitness industry is a must.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
