Job Description

  • Develop and implement business development strategies focused on fintech, crypto, and blockchain solutions.
  • Identify and engage with potential partners, clients, and investors to promote the company’s offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance) to ensure client success and project delivery.
  • Drive sales pipelines, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance in all partnership efforts

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. (MBA is a plus.)
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within fintech, blockchain, or crypto sectors.
  • Strong network within the cryptocurrency, DeFi, or blockchain community.
  • Deep understanding of digital wallets, tokenization, NFTs, DeFi platforms, and Web3 technologies.
  • Familiarity with regional and global financial regulations relating to crypto and digital assets.
