We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing recruitment company. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ultimately contributing to our company's growth by expanding our client base and securing new recruitment mandates.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target industries and sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals for recruitment services, including permanent, temporary, and contract placements.
  • Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track and report on sales activities and progress using CRM software.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and conferences

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A hunter mentality with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network of contacts within relevant industries.
  • Experience with a specific niche within recruitment (e.g., IT, Healthcare, Finance).
