Business Development Executive (Arabic Speaking)

We are an international exhibitions and conference company with events across Middle East, North Africa, Asia, and LATAM regions.

Job Profile

  1. Identify and contact potential sponsors and exhibitors within the foreign exchange brokerage sector and other related financial services.
  2. Tap the Middle East, North Africa and Asia markets.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to ensure their participation in the exhibition.
  4. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiation.
  5. Prepare and present commercial proposals that align with client needs and event objectives.
  6. Attend industry and networking events to increase exhibition visibility and generate leads.
  7. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional material and strategies to enhance event participation.
  8. Provide regular progress reports and market analysis to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
  2. Minimum of 1 – 3 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in the financial sector, IT sector or events. B2B sales experience is a must.
  3. Fluency in Arabic and English, both oral and written, is essential.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  5. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  6. Deep knowledge of the financial sector and foreign exchange is highly desirable.
  7. Willingness to travel to events and conferences.
