Responsibilities
  1. Sell new and existing exhibitions to achieve strategic and financial targets.
  2. Stay updated on developments within the exhibition industry, especially sales innovations.
  3. Research and visit competitive exhibitions to source new ideas and market practices.
  4. Contribute to the preparation of all sales promotion materials.
  5. Provide leadership and training to the Sales team.
  6. Develop prospects to encourage visitor promotion.
  7. Expand and develop the exhibition database.
  8. Contact potential new markets to attract exhibitors.
  9. Coordinate with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure high standards of exhibitions.
  10. Achieve all sales-related financial revenues and targets.
  11. Develop new sales innovations and programs to maintain a competitive edge.
  12. Create new sales initiatives for maximum client retention and acquisition.
  13. Set, track, and deliver effective targets across all sales bands.
  14. Implement key account strategies and programs.
  15. Negotiate with clients with persistence.
  16. Follow up effectively and ensure continuity.
  17. Maintain an organized and systematic approach.
  18. Own and manage responsibilities efficiently.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in the financial sector or B2B events.
  2. Fluency in English and Arabic, both oral and written, is essential.
  3. Experience in the exhibition industry is a must.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  6. Deep knowledge of the financial sector and foreign exchange is highly desirable.
  7. Willingness to travel to events and conferences.
