Job Title: Business Development Executive Accounting Services Location: Dubai UAE (Onsite) Employment Type: Fulltime About Us:
pin Consulting provides accounting VAT corporate tax compliance and financial reporting services to SMEs in Dubai. We help businesses outsource their accounting needs with a professional and cost-effective approach. To expand our reach we are looking for a Business Development Executive who will focus exclusively on selling our accounting and bookkeeping services to SMEs and building partnerships with business setup companies for client referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target SME owners and businesses looking to outsource their accounting and financial reporting.
Develop a sales pipeline through cold calls, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face meetings.
Engage with business setup companies, corporate service providers, and financial consultants to establish referral partnerships.
Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to explain the benefits of outsourcing accounting services.
Generate inbound leads and follow up effectively to convert them into long-term clients.
Negotiate partnership agreements with business setup firms ensuring a structured client referral process.
Work closely with the internal accounting team to align client expectations and service deliverables.
Keep track of sales activities and prospects in CRM software ensuring a structured follow-up approach.
Stay updated on accounting VAT and corporate tax regulations to provide clients with relevant insights.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or accounting service sales.
Strong network in SME and startup ecosystems in Dubai.
Prior experience in working with business setup consultants, SME owners, or corporate service providers is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to pitch accounting outsourcing services effectively.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
Basic understanding of accounting, VAT, and corporate tax compliance is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the accounting, finance, or business setup sector.
Experience in forming strategic partnerships with business setup firms is an advantage.
