About the Role

You’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers and B2B partners for a fast-growing, premium secure storage services based in Sharjah. You’ll manage client relationships from first contact through onboarding, and represent the brand across multiple channels and touchpoints. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified leads (online, walk-ins, exhibitions, and referrals) into paid safe deposit box rentals
  • Manage the full client lifecycle: inquiry, consultation, onboarding, and follow-up
  • Conduct in-person and phone consultations in both Arabic and English
  • Identify and close new B2B opportunities (e.g. law firms, hotels, jewelry businesses)
  • Maintain accurate records and a healthy sales pipeline via CRM tools
  • Work with marketing to support lead conversion and promotional campaigns
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions and events when required

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or service-based client acquisition
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding monthly targets
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Must be based in the UAE and available full-time in Sharjah
  • Background in luxury, banking, insurance, or secure services preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
