We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead and drive the growth of our Property Management Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring the department meets its revenue and growth goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate industry, exceptional sales and relationship-building skills, and the ability to strategize and execute on business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify New Business Opportunities: Research, identify, and target new potential clients, including individuals, brokers, and institutions that require mortgage services.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow the mortgage business within a competitive market.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, financial institutions, and other key partners.
Lead Generation & Networking: Attend industry events, network with potential clients, and generate leads through various channels (online, social media, referrals, etc.).
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the underwriting, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and delivery of excellent customer service.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and track KPIs to ensure business targets are met.
Brand Representation: Promote the company’s mortgage products and services, ensuring high visibility in the market.
Customer Retention: Focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
