A leading accounting and consulting firm in Dubai seeks a B2B/B2C Sales Executive to identify and secure business leads. The role involves generating individual client leads, performing standard sales duties, and maintaining accurate documentation in the CRM. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of relevant experience and possess strong negotiation skills.

INDUSTRY: Accounting, Audit and Real Estate Firm.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
B2B Sales: Identify, network, and secure leads and clients from business service providers such as typing centres, business centres, corporate service providers, and freelancers.
B2C Sales: Generate leads and close deals with individual clients for accounting, auditing, tax, and other consulting services.
CRM & Documentation: Accurately log all client and prospect information and submit to the CRM team in a timely manner.
Standard Sales Duties: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
QUALIFICATION:
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally for meetings and prospecting.
Customer-centric mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to act in the bonafide interest of the company in all business dealings.
EXPERIENCE:
2 years , Proven experience in a similar B2B/B2C sales role, preferably in professional services or consultancy.
