We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join a leading interior design and fit-out company in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who understands the art of selling high-end design services and can confidently engage with decision-makers across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients in the residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors
  • Proactively generate new business leads and qualify opportunities
  • Present the company’s services and capabilities through compelling pitches and presentations
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to prepare proposals and close deals
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report on KPIs
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within interior design, architecture, real estate, or fit-out
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions
  • UAE market knowledge and existing network is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
