Our client, a facility management company is looking to hire a Business Development Executive for their office based in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Min 2 years of Experience in FACILITIES MANAGEMENT and BUILDING MAINTENANCE in UAE. Should know the local market.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • The successful candidate will identify new sales leads and generate business for facilities management services.
  • Develop strategic plans and sales strategies and undertake presentations and negotiations with prospective customers.
  • Attending incoming inquiries meeting the clients with a presentation of our services and closing the deals.
  • Understanding the sector-specific needs of clients and working with expert teams to supply potential candidates.
  • Influencing and networking with current and prospective clients to build relationships at senior levels, and identify business needs to address.
  • They are making recommendations to clients in the GCC region regarding the candidates available to best meet their requirements.
  • Working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Working toward weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Build profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the client’s business.
  • Account planning to develop new business opportunities within client accounts.
