Job Description

1. Interact with Design and Factory teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
2. Promote company sales products.
3. Co-ordinate with Factory team on daily basis on production process.
4. Achieve assigned sales targets.
5. Co-ordinate with design team for concepts, drawings and BOQ.
6. Ensure customer specifications/requirements are fulfilled and documented.
7. Identify customer issues/barriers and ensure the delivery of sold products on time.
8. Prepare and review quotation/BOQs/specs/sales orders for accuracy.
9. Receive inquiries and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
10. Attend and follow up customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
11. Collect payments within payment period.
12. Increase the sales and profitability.
13. Generate new sales/customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor Degree in business administration, or any relevant degree.
2. Minimum 2-5 years of similar experience in furniture and fit out.
3. Experience in Furniture Bespoke Sales.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
5. Candidate should be able to generate new business and sales as well as increase the existing business.
6. Car and valid UAE driving license are a must.
