Job description

We are a well-established company in the cold chain logistics sector, specializing in the manufacturing, supply, and servicing of transport refrigeration units, PUR panels, and refrigerated trucks. Our solutions cater to a wide range of industries, including logistics, food distribution, pharmaceuticals, and more. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive growth and expand our client base.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate and develop new business opportunities in the transport refrigeration, PUR panels, and refrigerated truck manufacturing sectors.
  2. Identify potential clients such as fleet operators, logistics companies, cold storage providers, and businesses needing cold chain solutions.
  3. Present, promote, and sell the company’s products and services, including custom refrigerated truck solutions and PUR panel installations.
  4. Work closely with the engineering and production teams to provide clients with tailor-made solutions.
  5. Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively managing the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.
  6. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  7. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and technical assistance.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in transport refrigeration, PUR panels, or refrigerated truck manufacturing.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of transport refrigeration systems, insulated paneling, and vehicle customization.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  5. UAE driving license is required.
  6. Experience in the UAE or GCC market is a plus.
