As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Executives to join our elite team. Role Overview
The Senior Business Development Executive will play a critical role in acquiring and managing key partnerships, driving revenue growth through a high-value IB network, and expanding DB Investing’s footprint in the global market.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Leverage and bring your existing IB portfolio to DB Investing to generate immediate and long-term revenue.
Business Acquisition: Identify and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners in target markets.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and engagement strategies.
Revenue Growth: Work towards predefined sales targets and KPIs to drive consistent and scalable business growth.
Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis to senior management.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the Forex industry or financial services sector.
IB Network: Must possess a transferable and active IB Portfolio.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of FX, CFDs, trading platforms, and global financial market dynamics.
Sales Expertise: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team structure.
