Job Title: Sales Executive

Education: Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical), MBA/PG Diploma in Business Management

Job Description
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
  • Focus on Sharjah area to penetrate the market and close business deals.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and assess potential for opportunities proactively.
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
  • Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values.
  • Analyze client requirements and submit proposals on time.
  • Register enquiries in ERP.
  • Enter client details in ERP (RFQ from new clients).
  • Conduct site surveys if it is not a major technical issue.
  • Collect all required documents from clients after receiving LPO.
  • Monitor invoices to ensure they are prepared and submitted on time; follow up on payments.
  • Update legal contract follow-ups and quotations for tracking purposes.
  • Handle accounts of existing clients as a salesperson if applicable.
  • Serve customers by selling products and meeting their needs.
  • Collect payments within terms and reach targets assigned by the manager.
  • CC the manager on all emails related to clients, sales, and payment follow-ups.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules for existing or potential clients/prospects.
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
  • Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
  • Promote the organization’s services and products.
  • Understand ideal customers and how they relate to our products and services.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain client relations.
  • Work as a team with internal departments such as Projects, Finance, or Procurement.
  • Possess deep knowledge of business products and services offering and value proposition.
  • Follow organizational policies and regulations affecting the Sales and Estimation departments.
  • Visit projects and obtain feedback after completion.
  • Update the latest payment status to the Finance department for ERP follow-up.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA & B.Tech (Mechanical) is a plus.
  • Experience: 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in delivering presentations and engaging with clients.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
