Job description

Salary: AED 18k per Month

Edge Resourcing is seeking a Business Development Executive on behalf of an international law firm with a well-established marketing and business development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities including bids, targeting, data management, and events.

Principal Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting fee earners in preparing bids, advising on best practices, gathering information, and drafting documents.
  2. Project managing the bid process from alert to planning, preparation, production, and de-brief.
  3. Developing and maintaining the bid toolkit and database.
  4. Maintaining the regional bid tracking system.
  5. Assisting with the opportunity pipeline system to record and maximize opportunities.
  6. Developing project case studies through briefing sessions for sales and marketing activities.
  7. Researching clients, targets, colleagues, and competitors to support activities.
  8. Collaborating with the Regional Head of Marketing and Business Development on targeting activities.
  9. Preparing rehearsals for meetings and presentations, and managing support materials.
  10. Conducting de-briefs post meetings to gather feedback and plan follow-up activities.
  11. Supporting the development of marketing collateral and events.

The ideal candidate will be polished, degree-educated, articulate, and well-presented. Ideally, you will have 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing environment and confidence interfacing with senior management and partners. Experience within a partnership environment is a plus.
